We understand that you may have questions before, during or after your purchase so hopefully the below will help to answer these. If not, feel free to email us at info@bluefitness.com.au

  •  Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team it will then be dispatched by our courier service. You will receive a Toll Priority tracking link for your order. You will then be able to track the progress of your delivery.

  •  How long does delivery take?

COVID restrictions and Toll Priority experiencing higher volumes of parcels, has resulted in delivery delays . We estimate 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered and 10 - 14 days for those in WA. If after this time your order has yet to arrive, please contact us. Prior to this please follow your tracking number for updates.

  •  I only received part of my delivery, where is the rest?

It is completely normal for your order to be split in transit and therefore delivered on different days. If this happens and the missing equipment falls outside delivery time frames, then please contact us on info@bluefitness.com.au and we will look into it for you.

  •  What does ‘request a quote’ mean?

On our website, when an item states 'request a quote' usually this means that it is currently out of stock. Don't worry, this will be updated as soon as the new stock arrives.

  •  Do you offer click and collect?

Sorry we do not, but we plan to have this service in the future.

  •  Can I pre-order Les Mills equipment?

Due to high demand, we occasionally run low on our Les Mills equipment. Once we have a shipping date for the next delivery, we will put this on our website as 'pre-order now'. Only once it goes on our website as a pre-order you will then be able to purchase this.

  •  Do you sell preowned equipment?

This is not a service we offer unfortunately.

  • Do Les Mills instructors get a discount?

Unfortunately instructors do not get a special discount. The only discount is offered to all shoppers and that is for the bundles of equipment available.

  • What is your refund and return policy?

We pride ourselves on quality customer service. We normally reply to emails within 12 hours. Feel free to contact us on info@bluefitness.com.au and we will look after you the best we can.
